Symptoms can range from mild to severe.
- Low heart rate. When your heart isn't pumping as fast, you're body isn't getting as much oxygen or nutrients.
- Take a nap! Sometimes a short nap will restore your energy and allow you to continue on. Don't fight it...go with it.
- Exercise. Getting your heart beating a little faster could give you a boost of energy. Some TKIs reduce heart rate which can make you feel tired for several reasons.
- Caffeine. Nuff said.
- Ritalin. Some people have had success fighting off fatigue with medications like this.
